What to have ready when you call
- The address of the property and the city
- How many trees, roughly what size (small, medium, large)
- What you want done (removal, pruning, stump grinding, emergency)
- Any access constraints (tight backyard, no rear gate, neighbouring fence)
- How urgent it is
